Debbie Campbell, with Stage 2 Smile, LLC, comes to the home, gets a tour, and further explains to the owner what staging is and how S2S operates. Since Debbie is very “hands-on” stager and moves the furniture and accessories herself, she sets items aside that aren’t needed for staging and stages with the items that she feel will best showcase the home. The owner can decide if they want to sell, donate, pack, etc. the extra items. Stage 2 Smile’s goal is the put a smile on your face because of a successful sale of your property or have a pleasing and functional redesign of your space.
